COVID RESPONSE
Beishir is committed to caring for our customers and staff through these challenging times. The Department of Homeland Security deemed lock and security companies “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce” because they recognize the need for security for the American people, and we are doing our part to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and partners. Here are a few of the ways we continue to keep you safe.
open for business
We continue to operate our retail location at normal business hours and offer our 24 hour lockout service for your emergency needs. Our retail location and road technicians are following all CDC guidelines for masks and sanitization to keep our customers and staff safe.
mask policy
Our staff is wearing masks and observing social distancing recommendations to help stop the spread of the virus. We also require masks for all customers in compliance with the St. Louis County Department of Health and CDC guidelines.
curbside service
We understand the continued hesitation to be in close contact with people outside of your immediate family for any given time. That's why we will continue offering curbside service for all of you lock and key needs. Just pull into one of our spots and call the number listed and one of our masked service technicians will come out to greet you, from a safe social distance to help with whatever your needs are.
staying connected
We’ve made it easier than ever to get in touch with us. We welcome you to connect with us on our social media channels. We also offer the on-line chat feature for connecting with staff and scheduling service anytime.
touchless openings
We offer wave activated sensors for easy entrance/exit from our building without touching the door at all. Talk to a security technician about adding these sensors to your doors, or any of our other access control options for touchless openings.
frequent sanitation
We are cleaning and sanitizing all touchpoints throughout our store frequently to keep customers and staff safe.
